Located in the heart of Marrakech in the sumptuous Dar Tola El Majal estate, this private property is only 15 minutes from the city walls. The house is encircled by a hectare and a half of land, in the middle of a large landscaped park perfectly maintained where you will find a pool of 15 x 5m (heated on request) and a dirt plot shared between several villas. The villa comprises the main house (with 4 bedrooms), a two bedroom house, a pool house and staff dependencies.

 

You will find a living room furnished with sofas, ottomans and a coffee table; a dining room with table for 8, and a covered outdoor living room overlooking the garden. These rooms are all equipped with a fireplace, and you will also have at your disposal an equipped kitchen, a library, and an office area. Outside, there's the garden, with terraces where you will find lounge areas and a shaded dining area where you can enjoy a convivial moment or just settle down and admire the enchanting surroundings of the Palmeraie. Not far away is the swimming pool, around which sun loungers are installed, and the pool house.

 

The rooms, warm and comfortable, are divided between the main house and the pavilion.

 

The main house offers three bedrooms on the ground floor (2 double rooms (or twin of your choice) and a double room with four-poster bed), the latter benefiting from a bathroom with shower and bath and direct access to the garden; and a room upstairs, double with a bathroom with shower and bath and a private terrace overlooking the Atlas.

 

The pavilion offers 2 double rooms (or twin of choice) with bathroom. Both bedrooms overlook the garden and there is also a lounge in the pavilion where two extra beds for children can be added on request.

 

Note that the villa can be rented without the pavilion (in 4 or 6 bedrooms), the price is adjusted for reduced occupancy but still in total exclusivity.

 

You will have access to the internet and WiFi throughout the property, and will have a wide range of activities (private and shared tennis, swimming pool, board games...) and a set of equipment (stereo system, DVD player, DVD-library, iPod speaker system...) for your comfort and that of your loved ones. In addition, you will be served by qualified house staff who will look after the house and prepare meals.

 

Also, although located in an exclusive area of ​​Marrakech, the location of the villa does not separate you from the busy life of the city. It is only 25 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Jamaa el Fna Square and its souks. It is also only fifteen minutes drive from the city centre, the Medina, and the Golf; and only 10 minutes from the Majorelle Gardens!

The rental price of Dar Tola includes energy consumption, linens provided, service staff (meals, housework...), as well as internet / WiFi and shopping supply and delivery.

 

With regard to the services with supplement, they include the preheating of the swimming pool (€70.00 / Day), a service of baby sitting, the price of the shopping (groceries, water, wine...), laundry service, staff tips and airport transfer.
